Welcome to SEAMLESSART DESIGNs. This Delivery & Refund Policy outlines how and when you will receive your digital products, as well as the terms regarding refunds. By purchasing from our platform, you agree to the conditions detailed below. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
1. Digital Product Delivery
- All products sold on our platform are 100% digital. We do not ship any physical items.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a JPG file in 300 DPI resolution, sized at 12 x 12 inches.
- The download link for your product will be sent to your registered email address.
- You can also access your purchased files anytime by logging into your account and navigating to Profile ➤ My Purchase & Review ➤ Download.
- Please make sure the email you provide at checkout is correct to avoid delivery issues.
2. Didn’t Receive Your File?
If you did not receive your file after purchase, please follow these steps:
- Check your email inbox for the download link. Sometimes emails may take a few minutes.
- If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk/promotions folders.
- Still not found? Log into your account and go to Profile ➤ My Purchase & Review ➤ Download your file should be available there.
- If the file is not available in your profile and you haven’t received an email either, please contact through our Contact Us page. We’ll look into it and ensure you receive your file.
Please do not contact us unless you’ve followed the above steps.
3. Refund Policy
- Since all our products are digital and instantly accessible, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind after buying
- Issues caused by incorrect email input
- Inability to download due to user-side technical problems
- We are committed to ensuring file delivery on our part. If there is any technical issue from our side, we will resolve it and ensure you receive your product, but we still do not issue refunds under any condition.
4. Duplicate Purchases (Payment or Card Issues)
Occasionally, duplicate purchases may occur due to card processing errors or accidental multiple clicks during checkout.
- Refunds will not be issued automatically.
- If you experience a duplicate charge, please contact our support team with proof of payment.
- Our team will review your case and offer one of the following solutions:
- An alternate product of equal value.
Refunds cannot be sent back to your card or bank account.
